Developing RV Park plans include gravel roads, electrical hook ups, water, cable and WIFI for the initial phase. Later plans include pavilion, pool and storage units. Developer will entertain pre-sales and or deposits to hold a specific Lot until the initial phase is completed. Buyers will be allowed to install their own individual septic tanks and the park will follow restricted covenants. RV Ports, Port Homes and Tiny Homes are allowed (see covenants for more details).
